Aave Labs is seeking a highly creative Video Editor who lives and breathes social media. You’ll craft video content across our social and digital channels, partnering with Marketing to tell our products, ecosystem and brand story.

This hands-on role values rapid, culturally aware edits, experimentation with AI, and a knack for platform-native storytelling. From short-form social clips to longer-form pieces and event coverage, you’ll own edits from concept to final cut, ensuring high quality,

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating editing craft.
• Deeply plugged into social media and emerging content formats.
• Understanding of what makes short-form content compelling—hooks, retention, pacing, sound.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw footage into edits with strong hooks, pacing, sound and storytelling.
• Create content around product launches, campaigns, events, interviews and moments across the Aave ecosystem.
• Spot social trends and formats for authentic participation.
• Adapt creative by platform, audience and performance.
• Work with Marketing and Design from concept through final edit.
• Experiment with AI and emerging tools to speed production.
• Help define a distinctive video style for Aave.
