Job summary

William Reed Ltd in Brighton is seeking a Video Editor to edit and adapt video content for multiple brands and channels. You will shape raw footage into clear, compelling stories, tailoring content for different audiences and platforms while preserving editorial quality and brand voice.

Qualifications

• Experience editing video for digital channels in a professional role or through relevant projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop or Audition.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and production principles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content for websites, social channels, webinars and on-demand platforms.
• Shape raw footage into clear, compelling stories with pacing, graphics, music and sound.
• Adapt content for different audiences and formats while maintaining high standards.
• Create clips and derivative content to extend reach and lifespan of existing video.
• Carry out basic colour correction, audio clean-up, captions and quality checks.
