Job summary

7xContent is a UK-based podcast production and growth agency, a small team of creators who love quality work. We’re seeking a Video Editor to produce high-quality podcast videos, trailers and short clips for major shows and partners.

Join a remote-first team with in-person shoots in London/UK, a supportive environment, and plenty of room for ownership and progression. Experience with podcasts and YouTube editing is valuable.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing fundamentals with a passion for podcasts and YouTube formats.
• Experience creating engaging trailers and short-form clips.
• Proficiency in colour grading, subtitling and sound mixing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-length podcast video edits for YouTube and Spotify.
• Create punchy 1-minute social trailers.
• Cut and optimise clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• Apply consistent colour grading, sound design and subtitling.
• Suggest titles and thumbnail directions for YouTube.
• Collaborate with producers on episode narrative and pacing.
• Occasional in-person shoots in London/UK and data-driven iteration.
