Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, contractor role. You will support projects spanning graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics and multimedia, while evaluating AI-generated outputs and supplying high-quality human feedback for AI training.

Required is paid experience in AI human-data work and strong command of industry tools. The role emphasizes attention to detail and independent work across flexible schedules.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and Adobe tools.
Verified paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling and evaluation.
Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy and realism.
Provide annotations, ratings and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion and overall user experience.
