YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert who will work as a contractor in a fully remote, worldwide setup. The role focuses on reviewing AI-generated accounting outputs, refining journal entries, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across major ERP platforms.

You will annotate statements, identify inconsistencies, and develop training data for AI models. Strong English communication and independence to meet project timelines are essential.

• Proven ability to review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and treatment.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate and rank AI responses used in finance.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
