We are seeking a skilled and creative in-house Video Editor to help us craft compelling culinary narratives, primarily for YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who excels in editing and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on food, sustainability, and hospitality innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit engaging YouTube content, including long-form narratives and short, energetic clips and trailers.
2. Adapt and repurpose content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
3. Maintain consistency with brand tone, style, and pacing across all videos.
4. Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and analytics.
5. Contribute to content planning and storyboarding.
6. Ensure all videos are polished, professional, and aligned with brand standards—covering kitchen features and behind-the-scenes chef spotlights.

About You:

• Professional experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• A strong portfolio of YouTube edits demonstrating storytelling, pacing, titles, and thumbnail strategies.
• Experience editing food, lifestyle, or hospitality content is a plus.
• Good understanding of what performs well on YouTube, including titles and thumbnails.
• Ability to work efficiently with both camera and phone footage.
• Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
• Flexible attitude, willing to jump into shoots or edits on short notice.
