Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented video content creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through video, skilled in editing software, and capable of producing high-quality content for various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create engaging video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align video content with brand strategy.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding music, graphics, and special effects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and social media.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of video formats and best practices for various platforms.

Optional but beneficial Skills:

• Experience with animation and motion graphics.

Compensation:

• The salary for this role is determined based on the market benchmark and the candidate's years of experience.
• The work arrangement for this role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office.
• Candidates from different locations are considered for this role, even though the company's headquarters and office are in London.
• The role offers 25 days of holiday in addition to bank holidays.
