Video Content Creator

As our Video Content Creator, you will be essential in shaping our brand's visual storytelling. Reporting to the Brand & Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for our website, marketing campaigns, customer success stories, and internal culture initiatives. This role involves regular travel across the UK, including occasional weekends, to capture on-location footage that brings our customer success stories to life.

Day-to-day, you will:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, customer success, and internal brand storytelling, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
2. Travel across the UK to film customer case studies, events, and on-site interviews while managing all aspects of production, including lighting and sound.
3. Create engaging video animations and motion graphics, with a strong emphasis on polished customer resource videos to aid onboarding and retention.
4. Stay informed about video trends and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging, collaborating closely with the marketing and content teams.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

1. Experienced in professional video production, ideally within a marketing or brand storytelling context, with strong skills in filming, lighting, and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
2. Proficient in motion graphics and animation, with After Effects experience highly desirable, and comfortable working on location shoots with clients and customers.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, showcasing a creative mindset and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
4. Holds a Full UK Driver's Licence and is willing to travel regularly across the UK, occasionally on weekends with time back in lieu.
