Job description

We are looking for an in-house Video and Photography Content Producer, to work within our Media and Communications team. This role will be responsible for capturing and editing video and photo content for the Booker group, as well as artworking creative content for social media and internal channels. You will play a crucial role in the Communications team to help translate complex information into simple and engaging content.

This is a full-time hybrid working role, with the main office based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Travel for filming/photography will be required on a regular basis.

  • Understanding of camera and video equipment, lighting and sound
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, colour, and layout.
  • Passion for visual storytelling and concept creation
  • Examples of producing audio/visual materials on brief, and using own initiative
  • Experience of setting up, directing and leading on shoots
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel within the UK
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stick to brand guidelines with a high level quality of work
