Victorious Festival – Bar Staff Needed - £12.50ph

Freemans Event Partners are hiring bar staff to work at Victorious Festival in Portsmouth 22nd-24th of August 2025.

Would you like to work as Bar Staff at Victorious Festival this year? Would you like to be a part of a fun, friendly and well-respected events team?

We are recruiting!

Freemans Event Partners are looking for energetic, friendly, confident, and well-presented individuals to join our prestigious team of bar staff.

If you are a supervisor or manager with a Personal License, please let us know, and we will contact you separately.

In Return, We Require

1. Committed, reliable and well-presented team members.
2. Candidates to be able to work all 3 days of the festival.
3. Excellent initiative.
4. A friendly but professional manner.
5. Bar Experience preferred but not essential, as there will be training provided.
   
   

The Job Role/Important Information

1. This is a camping event unless you live locally. So please be prepared to bring your own camping gear such as a tent, camping chairs, toiletries, warm clothes, and food etc. Toilets and showers will be available.
2. We provide all staff with breakfast, lunch, and dinner; however, bringing your own food on top, i.e. snacks, is highly recommended.
3. The shift times will be confirmed closer to the time; they could vary between 6-12 hours.
   
   

Please note this is a WORKING opportunity and not a free ticket into the event; anyone who misuses this will be removed from the festival.
