Summerley Recruitment is excited to support the Victorious Festival in Portsmouth! This event takes place over three days with a full site opening, featuring an incredible line-up. It's a prime opportunity to showcase your bartending or customer service skills during one of the busiest periods in Portsmouth and Hampshire.

Responsibilities include managing high customer volume, working well within a team, and demonstrating a good work ethic. Previous experience of at least 6 months in bar, tills, or customer service is essential, along with a good level of English for communication and health and safety compliance.

Shifts are scheduled for Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd, and Sunday 24th August. Flexibility to work fewer days can be discussed during application.

Pay is £13.73 per hour, including holiday pay, with payment scheduled for Friday 5th September.

Applicants must be 18+ due to licensing regulations.

Transport options are available from Bournemouth, Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Havant, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Worthing, Brighton, Guildford, and Reading. Free staff camping with shuttle bus service is provided at Southsea Common. Staff with cars can claim mileage for fuel costs when carpooling with other Summerley staff.
