Catch22’s Greater Manchester Victim Services is seeking a dedicated Victim Care Specialist – Fraud & Finance to provide person-centred support to victims of fraud and economic crime.
This role involves supporting victims through the criminal justice system, understanding their rights, and helping them recover emotionally and financially. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, designing preventative sessions, collaborating with partners like Action Fraud and GMP, creating accessible resources, and training colleagues in fraud support.
This is an excellent opportunity to influence victim services within Catch22's expanding Victim Service.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours/week
Salary: £27,000
Location: Hybrid – 2 days at GMP Force HQ, 3 days WFH or in the community or partner locations
Screening involves DBS check, police vetting, and Right to Work verification. No visa sponsorship is provided.
Work pattern varies weekly, including weekends on a rota basis, with shifts between 0800-1800, 7.5 hours/day.
