As Vice Principal, you will be required to support the Principal in the development and delivery of a high-quality, inclusive education that meets the needs of all learners. You will lead on teaching, learning and curriculum development incorporating staff development and whole-school improvement, ensuring high standards, equality, and helping us to build a culture of continuous progress and development.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing strong, strategic leadership in line with the Academy’s vision and values
