Lift Charles Warren, a welcoming primary school in Simpson, Milton Keynes, invites an exceptional leader to join as Vice Principal and SENCO. Working with our Principal and Regional Executive Principal, you will drive whole-school improvement while leading SEND and inclusion.

You will shape the vision, raise teaching standards, support Butterflies provision, and build strong partnerships with families and external agencies to secure excellent outcomes for every child.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading whole-school improvement and SEND provision.
• Ability to coach staff and develop instructional leadership.
• Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the school's strategic vision and improvement priorities, deputising when required.
• Provide strategic leadership for SEND and inclusion, ensuring compliance across the school.
• Lead staff development through coaching and professional development.
• Drive teaching and learning excellence across the school.
• Oversee Butterflies provision and ensure alignment with inclusive ethos.
• Build strong partnerships with families and external partners to secure outcomes for every child.
• Promote high expectations and a safe, inclusive environment for all learners.
