Astrea Academy Trust invites a visionary Vice Principal for Quality of Education to join our team and be deployed to a Cambridgeshire secondary academy. You will drive the Quality of Education agenda, work with the Principal on daily leadership, and embed our framework to raise standards across the school.

You will lead professional development, coach senior and curriculum leaders, and champion inclusive education.

Qualifications

Proven school improver with track record of raising standards.
Strategic thinker capable of influencing and leading transformational change.
Skilled in using data and evidence to drive improvement and measure impact.
Passionate about teaching and learning with deep knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy.

Responsibilities

Lead the Quality of Education agenda within a Cambridgeshire secondary academy.
Work with the Principal on day-to-day leadership and strategic development.
Implement and embed the Astrea Way and Quality of Education Frameworks.
Line manage Assistant Principals and support senior and curriculum leaders.
Champion inclusive education and remove barriers to learning.
Lead professional development and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Curriculum Team and Directors to shape trust-wide strategies.
Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and staff across the academy.
