Due to the promotion of the current Vice Principal to Head of School, Carr Junior is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal who can demonstrate inclusive and inspirational teaching provision and leadership. The successful candidate will have the proven skills, attributes, and knowledge to support the Head of School in continuing to drive forward improvements at the school.

Responsibilities

1. Strive for excellence in all duties and be highly committed to providing first-class provision for all children.
2. Be the named SENCo for the school and hold responsibility for the Sparks provision, our internal setting for our most vulnerable pupils.
3. Hold a SENCo qualification or demonstrate a commitment to achieving this.
