Position: Vice President of Design & Construction

Location: London Area, Hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive Base Package + Benefits + Bonus

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee construction functions across all active markets.
  • Manage a team of construction directors responsible for each campus.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and policies.
  • Drive execution of all construction phases: pre-construction, bidding, team selection, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Ensure extensive experience in CSA, MEP, and construction management.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of management experience, 15-20 preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
