Proven global leadership - Minimum 5 years at senior level driving a complex, international supply chain organisation.
Strategic mindset - Ability to think and act at both strategic and operational levels across a global matrix.
Change leadership - Skilled at promoting and managing transformation in a high-tech, multi-discipline environment.
Influence and impact - Strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills at the highest levels, across diverse cultures.
Track record of results - Experience implementing global supply chain processes and strategies, including sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimisation.
Partnership expertise - Demonstrated ability to build and manage critical supplier and contract manufacturing relationships.
Global experience - Comfort working across regions, cultures, and business units, balancing global strategy with local execution.
Leadership & people development - Proven ability to build and inspire high-performing international teams.
Educational background - A Master\'s degree in engineering or business management (Bachelor\'s as a minimum).
Communication skills - Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills across all levels.
Flexibility & travel - This is a hybrid role but it does require a willingness to travel globally as required by the business.
