Position: Vice President of Sales

This role is responsible for cultivating a presence and expanding top-line growth for our client, delivering technology solutions for multi-unit brands (500-5000 locations in North America). Responsibilities include identifying new markets, creating growth strategies, and increasing the firm’s presence and revenue through New Logo Sales, Account Acquisition, and Organic Expansion. The leadership span of control is US-based and includes both top-line and bottom-line financial responsibilities.

To succeed, candidates must have significant experience and relationships in multi-unit retail markets, motivated by financial incentives and career growth. They should possess deep understanding and experience in delivering infrastructure technology solutions, including network, cybersecurity, site support, connectivity, hardware, and transition execution, along with knowledge of competitor offerings to support growth strategies and investment initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Vice President of Sales include:

  • Developing account strategies, building consensus on targeted logos, and pursuing high-value, high-growth new logos.
  • Building a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues.
  • Executing a Go-to-Market Strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Implementing go-to-market plans through targeted campaigns and sales channels such as advisors, influencers, conferences, and industry events.
  • Developing third-party and advisor relationships to build a credible global brand voice and generate new opportunity channels.
  • Submitting and managing proposals with full ownership and accountability, working closely with Sales Enablement teams to ensure proposal quality.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives (COO, CFO, CEO, CDO, CIO/CTO, Customer Service Directors) to support sales efforts.
  • Having proven experience closing infrastructure deals with ACV > $5M and TCV > $20M.
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients and serving as the main contact to ensure targets and profitability, while nurturing prospects for long sales cycles.
