On Board Revenue supports both P&O Cruises and Cunard ships in delivering Retail, Spa, Photo, and Art concessions, as well as Shore experiences, Casino, Internet, and Guest celebrations.

Role Overview

As Associate Vice President (AVP), Onboard Revenue (OBR), you will be instrumental in executing the strategic OBR plan and achieving financial targets. You will collaborate with colleagues across Brand, Product, Guest Experience, Digital, Sales & Marketing, Guest Insight, and Finance to shape the strategic direction of our onboard revenue products and services.

Key accountabilities:

  • Define the strategic direction and commercial plan for onboard revenue products and services.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of Concessions and Shore Experiences revenue streams across all sales channels, including pre- and post-cruise revenue.
  • Negotiate external contracts, ensuring terms are competitive, future-proofed, and compliant with contractual agreements and service levels.

Job Requirements

This role requires a blend of strategic vision and technical expertise. We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience in retail environments and concession management across multiple sites.
  • A track record of improving business performance through data analysis.
  • Experience in creating and executing commercial strategies via B2C and B2B channels that deliver financial returns and enhance guest experience.
  • Negotiation skills for commercial contracts.
