Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Excellent in-depth technical experience in the delivery of VPN/Remote Access and cyber-security solutions suitable for large, regulated enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols including IP, routing, TLS, ActiveSync, SSL VPN, ESP, IKEv2, ICA, RDP.
• Infrastructure design experience, including approaches for availability and resilience, data center setup.
• Experience with Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access, and basic understanding of Citrix.
• Experience interacting with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), e.g., using Postman.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, DNS, DHCP, PKI certificates.
• Proven problem-solving skills in medium to large enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, Fiddler, Wireshark, and ServiceNow.
• Skills in Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux operating systems are advantageous.

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent overseas qualification).
• Agile or ITIL certification preferred.
• Relevant network and/or security certifications preferred.
