Company Overview

We're working with a real estate investment firm managing £4 billion in assets across a range of funds. The team is known for its entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and invests across Europe in asset-backed operating companies. With a flexible, multi-asset strategy, they focus on value-add and opportunistic opportunities, often in operational real estate.

The Role

This is a Vice President position within a lean, high-performing investment team. You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of deals - from sourcing and analysis through to execution and portfolio management. The role offers real responsibility and exposure from day one.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading financial analysis and modelling for new investments.
• Supporting deal structuring and execution, including managing due diligence across all workstreams.
• Preparing investment committee materials and presenting findings.
• Conducting market research and identifying key risks and mitigants.
• Supporting capital raising efforts for both new deals and existing assets.
• Working closely with portfolio companies on performance and reporting.
• Building relationships with management teams, advisors, and lenders.

What They're Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in a buyside role (private equity, real estate investment, or similar).
• Strong financial modelling skills - you should be comfortable building models from scratch.
• Experience working across asset classes, with exposure to operational real estate.
• A track record of executing investments, ideally across European markets.
