Vice President, Project Delivery – CNS
Join our diverse, dynamic, and mission-driven team as Vice President, Project Delivery – CNS. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the successful execution of clinical projects, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional client experiences. You will shape and implement strategies that advance project outcomes, strengthen partnerships, and inspire collaboration across our global teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement project delivery strategies that align with business goals and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver CNS-focused clinical trials and projects on time, with the highest quality standards.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, and deliverables while effectively managing resources.

  • Track performance metrics and apply best practices to continually improve processes and results.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred

  • Extensive leadership experience in CNS clinical research, with a strong record of supporting biotech clients.

  • Proven financial acumen, including successful management of large P&L portfolios.

  • Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.

  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and a positive team culture.

  • Experience leading and motivating globally dispersed teams.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from one of our offices: Raleigh, NC; Blue Bell, PA; Dublin, Ireland; Reading, UK; Warsaw, Poland; Barcelona, Spain; or Sofia, Bulgaria.
