JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Product and Services Marketing is responsible for leading marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain clients while driving product adoption across the bank's diverse client base. This role develops and implements innovative marketing campaigns, leverages data-driven insights, and aligns cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in client acquisition, loyalty enhancement, and optimizing client lifetime value.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, product adoption, and retention.
  • Build and execute strategies to increase client loyalty through personalized marketing, engagement campaigns, and targeted retention initiatives.
  • Oversee customer journey mapping to enhance the overall client experience and identify product engagement opportunities.
  • Leverage market research, client insights, and feedback from sales and product teams to create compelling product positioning strategies.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external teams, including analytics, research, corporate communications, digital, content, and marketing automation, to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Ensure marketing programs adhere to brand standards and contribute to both short-term sales and long-term brand equity.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track the impact of marketing programs, optimizing future strategies based on revenue, ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to ensure sales teams, product managers, and contact center associates are aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a thought leader, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends in digital marketing and client engagement strategies.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing disciplines such as customer marketing, segment marketing, database marketing, digital marketing, and advertising, including 6 years of management experience.
  • Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Gaming, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in driving marketing programs with measurable business impact, including client retention and product engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements, whitepapers, or industry articles preferred.
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and data-driven marketing optimization strongly preferred.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division an "undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
