Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager

Location: Boston, MA

Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 total compensation
Employment Type: Full-Time

Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager required for a distributor of CNC machine tools.

Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, develop and execute strategic business plans, building strong customer relationships to expand market presence, with a focus on CNC machine tools.
  • Manage and support a team of sales & marketing staff, providing coaching, direction, and performance management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote different machine tools, equipment and services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers to increase sales.
  • On site role near Boston, MA with a small amount of travel expected to meet customers.

Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager Requirements

  • Prior experience selling CNC machine tools or machining accessories.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth in a precision engineering or precision manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience leading and managing a sales team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business is advantageous.
  • Commutable to the main office near Boston, MA.
