Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall operations of the Professional Services department.
2. Lead the financial operations of the Professional Services department, including budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring a positive return on investment.
3. Establish clear, measurable objectives in line with department growth and profitability targets.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Develop and manage delivery metrics to monitor performance.
6. Ensure successful delivery of software solutions to customers.

Requirements:

1. Education in Business Administration, a related field, or relevant professional experience.
2. 10+ years of experience in professional services and delivery.
3. 7+ years of experience in a leadership role.
4. Proven record of developing and implementing successful delivery processes and driving client satisfaction.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
