THE SEARCH:

We are partnered with a leading private markets investor looking for a Vice President of Performance & Analytics to join a dynamic team in London. This role involves strategic and operational responsibilities, including analysis, reporting, innovation, and team mentoring. The candidate should have experience in a similar fund environment and technical accounting training such as ACA or CFA.

THE ROLE:

• Lead fund and investor performance analysis; develop analytics using industry metrics.
• Oversee performance reporting and investor communications; ensure data accuracy.
• Manage two direct reports, ensuring quality and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Portfolio Management, and Investment teams.
• Support Private Equity valuation processes and ensure compliance.
• Drive automation and streamline reporting workflows.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years post-qualification experience (ACA, CFA, or equivalent) in private equity or related fields.
• Experience managing a small team in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience with external reports.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with Bloomberg, Investran, eFront, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and calm under pressure.
