Your future duties and responsibilities

You will be a seasoned professional with experience leading teams and managing budgets in a dynamic, competitive market. This role requires hands-on content development, team coaching, and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will be a well-rounded marketing and communications executive, capable of translating business vision into effective strategies and programs.

Marketing, Brand & Growth Enablement
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior regional leaders, providing insights on market positioning and brand building.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies to generate awareness, preference, and leads.
  • Champion CGI's brand, develop regional storytelling, and create compelling narratives.
  • Oversee multichannel campaigns across digital, content, social, and events.
Employer Brand & Talent Engagement
  • Partner with HR to build a strong employer brand and support talent acquisition.
  • Lead internal communications to inform and motivate employees.
Team Leadership
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence aligned with CGI's values.
Required qualifications
  • Deep understanding of the IT services sector and experience in key industries.
  • Several years of leadership experience in marketing, preferably in professional services or consultancy.
  • Proven ability to develop impactful, data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in budget planning and ROI optimization.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence at the executive level.
