We’re hiring a visionary builder to lead our Customer Technology Experience team — the
squad behind all client-facing digital touchpoints for our amazing veterinary hospital network.
You’ll own the product and engineering strategy for everything our customers use: from
online booking and digital check-ins to client communications and our pet portal with deep
integration to our hospitals systems.
This is a rare opportunity to bring your experience and drive to build amazing experiences
while collaborating deeply with our Growth, Marketing, and Hospital teams. You’ll architect
modern platforms, guide a cross-functional team, and shape how pet owners interact with our
teams and hospitals.
