The Role

We’re seeking a strategic, execution-focused VP of Business Development to elevate Instantly.ai’s partnerships and integrations to world-class status. You’ll own the end-to-end strategy, from identifying high-value partners (CRMs, data providers, channel partners) to negotiating enterprise alliances and building a high-performing BD team. This is a rare opportunity to shape our go-to-market ecosystem, accelerating ARR growth and embedding Instantly.ai into every sales tech stack.

What You’ll Do

Partnership Strategy & Execution Define and prioritize target ecosystems (CRM, martech, automation, resellers). Lead outreach, negotiation, and launch of strategic alliances and integrations. Team Building & Leadership Hire, train, and mentor BD managers and alliance specialists. Establish processes, KPIs, and incentives to scale coverage. Product & GTM Collaboration Partner with Product and Engineering to roadmap integration features. Align Marketing and RevOps for co-sell campaigns and joint demand gen. Revenue & Impact Drive incremental ARR through partner-sourced deals. Report on pipeline, deal velocity, and partner ROI to the executive team.

What You Bring

Proven track record of launching and scaling strategic partnerships and native integrations. Deep network across CRM, sales-enablement, and marketing-automation vendors. Strong negotiator, comfortable with legal, pricing, and commercial frameworks. Data-driven mindset: you set clear KPIs, track metrics, and iterate fast. Exceptional communication skills and cross-functional leadership.
