The Role

We’re seeking a strategic, execution-focused VP of Business Development to elevate Instantly.ai’s partnerships and integrations to world-class status. You’ll own the end-to-end strategy, from identifying high-value partners (CRMs, data providers, channel partners) to negotiating enterprise alliances and building a high-performing BD team. This is a rare opportunity to shape our go-to-market ecosystem, accelerating ARR growth and embedding Instantly.ai into every sales tech stack.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and prioritize target ecosystems (CRM, martech, automation, resellers).
  • Lead outreach, negotiation, and launch of strategic alliances and integrations.
  • Hire, train, and mentor BD managers and alliance specialists.
  • Establish processes, KPIs, and incentives to scale coverage.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to roadmap integration features.
  • Align Marketing and RevOps for co-sell campaigns and joint demand gen.
  • Revenue & Impact
  • Drive incremental ARR through partner-sourced deals.
  • Report on pipeline, deal velocity, and partner ROI to the executive team.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling strategic partnerships and native integrations.
  • Deep network across CRM, sales-enablement, and marketing-automation vendors.
  • Strong negotiator, comfortable with legal, pricing, and commercial frameworks.
  • Data-driven mindset: you set clear KPIs, track metrics, and iterate fast.
  • Exceptional communication skills and cross-functional leadership.
