The Vice President, Marketing, plays a key role in IMG’s marketing—both external marketing and internal engagement initiatives targeting IMG’s employees. The role requires deep marketing expertise and the ability to collaborate and deliver programs within a large, matrixed organization.
The responsibilities include:
Deep expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, with successful experience in campaigns, high-profile events, partnerships, and brand strategy. Proven ability to manage large teams and budgets, develop impactful strategies, and execute multiple initiatives. Experience in brand evolution projects, insight generation, and within the sports/entertainment industry is preferred.
Strong marketing expertise, leadership, creativity, impact analysis, collaboration, entrepreneurial spirit, interpersonal skills, organization, communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
