Job description

Instagrid is seeking a VP of Marketing to develop and execute the company's marketing strategy. As the first mover in the emerging market of clean professional power stations, we have introduced a groundbreaking product to early customers and aim to expand globally. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with a proven track record of execution. Driven by productivity, safety, and sustainability benefits for our B2B customers (e.g., construction, film & media), you will enhance brand strength and activate marketing efforts to convert early majority customers and support exponential growth.

As the leader of Instagrid’s marketing team and a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for devising and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that fuels growth, builds our brand, and drives our business worldwide.

Your Impact

1. Define and execute marketing strategies and budgets to drive global B2B growth and brand awareness.
2. Manage budgets and marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and success of marketing plans across the company.
4. Lead and develop a team of 20+ members, supported by agencies and external providers.
5. Optimize and scale marketing efforts, experimenting with new channels, tactics, and strategies.
6. Bring 15+ years of marketing experience in B2B companies, including scale-up environments with exponential growth.
7. Demonstrate a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies in key markets such as the US, DACH, France, UK, and Benelux.
8. Experience in building and leading a multi-disciplinary, global team.
9. Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decisions.
10. Proficiency in rapid hypothesis development, testing, and optimization.
11. Adaptability to a fast-growing, flat-hierarchy environment.
