VP of Marketing – High-Growth B2C Fintech Scaleup

Propel is proud to be partnering with one of the most exciting consumer fintech scaleups on the market, a mobile-first, Series B business that’s transforming the way people access financial empowerment. With millions of users already onboard and huge expansion plans in motion, this is your chance to shape the future of a brand set to dominate globally.

Backed by fresh Series B funding and with revenues on track to double in 2025, the business is scaling fast and looking for a visionary VP of Marketing to lead the charge. You’ll have full ownership of the marketing function and the freedom to build a world-class team to match the company’s scale-up ambitions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and define the entire marketing strategy across brand, performance, content, CRM and partnerships
  • Build, scale and lead the marketing team (currently 6 and growing rapidly)
  • Lead go-to-market strategies across the UK, US, and Europe
  • Manage a multi-million-pound marketing budget to deliver growth and long-term brand impact
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Drive marketing across all key channels, including:
  • Performance marketing (paid social/search)
  • Brand marketing
  • Content & influencer
  • Affiliate & partnerships
  • CRM & lifecycle

What they’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or VP in a B2C mobile-first scale-up (ideally fintech)
  • Strong background in both performance and brand marketing
  • Experience managing large budgets and scaling high-performing teams
  • Strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus – balancing growth with efficiency
  • Global marketing experience – particularly in multi-market expansion across the UK, US and Europe
  • Deep understanding of regulated industries (bonus if fintech/mobile-first)
  • Confident communicator and cross-functional leader
