As a Global Equities Liquidity & SVA Control Manager in the Global Equities Product Control team, you will lead efforts to analyze and manage the balance sheet and liquidity position of our business. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting and technology capabilities. Your role will provide opportunities to expand your network and drive strategic change within a global leader in financial solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Global Equities Balance Sheet & Liquidity Control team and be the primary contact point for senior stakeholders including CIB Treasury, Front Office, FRM and other senior controllers
  • Control and analyze stress liquidity results, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Act as a thought leader in shaping the team's future direction and operating model.
  • Identify opportunities for process rationalization and improvement.
  • Manage the design and implementation of new solutions, leveraging Digital Accelerator tools.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
