BNY in London is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer (Vice President) to design, build, and evolve scalable enterprise software using C# .NET, with a focus on quality, automation, and mentoring teammates.

You’ll drive best practices such as TDD and CI, lead workshops, review code, and collaborate across development and architecture teams to deliver robust solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on development with the latest versions of .NET and C#.
  • Expert knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and various architectural patterns.
  • Expert knowledge of OOP.
  • Experience and knowledge of Agile delivery (SCRUM).
  • Experience delivering high-volume, highly available enterprise applications.
  • Good knowledge of database systems and design.
  • Experience with TDD, CI, and automation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Full Stack Engineer (Vice President) to join our team. This role is located in London. We are seeking an experienced C# .NET developer to design, build, and innovate with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and automation. You will also share your knowledge across the development team.

You'll join a team committed to delivering quality through TDD, Continuous Integration, and extensive automation. The team drives best practices department-wide, and you should be confident in promoting these standards. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating to solve technical challenges, leading workshops, and mentoring junior team members to enhance skills and growth.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Deliver highly complex, scalable, and robust software solutions with a focus on quality and reliability.

  • Support the deployment and adoption of new tools and applications aimed at improving development efficiency and effectiveness

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Hands-on development with the latest versions of .NET and C#
  • Expert knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and various architectural patterns
  • Expert knowledge of OOP
  • Experience and knowledge in Agile delivery (ideally with SCRUM experience)
  • Experience delivering high-volume, highly available enterprise applications
  • Good knowledge of database systems and design
  • Experience and strong knowledge of TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automation
  • Experience with CI and automation tools
  • Ability to critically analyze designs and provide constructive feedback
  • Ability to critically analyze code and provide constructive feedback
  • Ability to create useful and in-depth documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
