Responsibilities
  1. Provide a clear vision and mission for the EMEA Sales and Commercial and Industrial Channel Sales team to ensure all members of the organization understand clear, simple objectives and priorities.
  2. Provide the necessary leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the EMEA Sales and Commercial and Industrial Channel Sales team is aligned with business direction and supports the accomplishment of the overall company objectives.
  3. Facilitate revenue growth through direct contact with customers and prospects and field teams.
  4. Accountable for meeting revenue targets as a member of the worldwide Sales Leadership team executing critical initiatives across the organization in the Americas.
  5. Exhibit and promote Micron’s core values of People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus.
  6. Lead a worldwide team of high-performing sales leaders and team members, ensuring clarity of purpose and ownership.
  7. Align corporate strategy to effectively execute EMEA Sales and Commercial and Industrial Channel Sales revenue target, requiring a deep understanding of strategic direction and influencing individual business units.
  8. Ensure a great customer/partner experience and own the business and strategy.
Qualifications
  1. Strong track record of running EMEA region and worldwide distribution network.
  2. Extensive experience in various end-user market segments.
  3. Experience in selling to the Middle East.
  4. High energy with the ability to multi-task, communicate, and execute exceedingly well.
  5. Sophisticated and capable leader.
