We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Control Manager to join our Markets Controls, Client Assets (CASS) Team. The role seats within the Markets Controls Hub, that services the Markets line of business. This role is based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate existing CASS Governance activities.
• Support CASS and Asset Safety reviews, leading administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery with stakeholders.
• Review CASS controls, assess risk mitigation, and develop action plans for control improvements.
• Engage with Markets business and stakeholders to ensure documentation and control/remediation actions meet standards.
• Collaborate with Client Asset Office, Compliance, and Risk Partners to document remedial and preventative actions.
• Support review activities like product assessments, control testing, and business process changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in the Financial Services regulatory environment (preferred).
• Good knowledge of FCA CASS rules and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Teamwork experience.
• Experience with CASS/Asset Safety projects or audits.
