Job description

For our lively and engaged church active in the heart of its community in Southsea, we are looking for a leader who will embed the values of our church and help us grow pastorally and in depth spiritually.

About St Margaret’s

Here at St Margaret’s, we have seen Jesus at work amongst His people and experienced significant growth since our rebirth as a church plant 8 years ago.

Our building has been developed to include a café, charity shop, soft play area, and food pantry, drawing local people into St Margaret’s. We live our mission in action by serving our community, blessing our neighbours, and helping people grow in faith.

Our Vision for the Future

We seek a leader who will enable St Margaret’s to progress to the next chapter as an established, sustainable, and fruitful community.

Candidate Profile

Do you have a heart for mission and a desire to reach and disciple the unchurched? Can you demonstrate through pastoral care and faithful wisdom that you can lead St Margaret’s forward in its journey?
