Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Church of England in north Aylesbury is inviting a Vicar to lead pioneering parish ministry across the estates, grounding practice in prayer, worship, and mission. You will work relationally, equipping lay teams, and fostering inclusive, intergenerational worship with abundant hospitality.
The role includes developing Parish Nurse outreach and a building project, with a warm church family of around 150 people and a modern 5-bedroom vicarage.
We are a renewed, growing church family serving contrasting estate communities in north Aylesbury. Rooted in Quarrendon and reaching towards new housing in Buckingham Park, we share worship, hospitality and practical hope every day. This is a significant pioneering opportunity: to honour a remarkable story of revitalisation while discerning fresh, deep-seated Anglican parish ministry across each of our estates.
