• Enjoys equipping, encouraging and releasing others into leadership, ministry and everyday mission rather than doing everything yourself.
• Passionate about helping churches grow younger by reaching and discipling children, young people and families.
• Enjoys leading two complementary worshipping communities toward one shared vision, helping each flourish in its own distinctive way.

Responsibilities

• Discern God’s leading for the parish and provide strategic, prayerful leadership to St Luke’s Gamston & Bridgford.
• Equip and release lay leaders and staff to nurture discipleship, mission and growth across two worshipping communities.
• Foster collaboration among staff, volunteers and the PCC to realise a shared vision with integrity and faithfulness.
