Job Purpose

We are seeking a Vibrations Analysis Engineer (FEA) to join our Flow Assurance & Computational Analysis Team at TechnipFMC Krakow. You will be part of a global Center of Excellence, working on developing subsea equipment for the Oil & Gas industry and our worldwide customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform vibration studies (flow-induced vibrations, acoustic pulsation) using ANSYS Mechanical software
  • Coordinate FEA/CFD analyses studies
  • Support the Flow Assurance team in tenders, studies, and project execution
  • Create documentation and reports on study outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges
  • Communicate results to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • BSc/MSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Power, Civil, or related)
  • Over 3 years of experience as an FEA analyst
  • Knowledge of mechanical vibrations, frequency domains, PSD
  • Experience with Harmonic Response, Acoustic Response, and Modal Analyses
  • Understanding of mechanical principles, stresses, and fatigue
  • Basic programming skills in Python
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Optional Skills
  • Experience with ANSYS products and 3D CAD software (e.g., NX)
  • Experience with pre-processors (ANSA, HyperMesh, etc.)
  • Experience with CFD solvers (Fluent, CFX, StarCCM+)
