Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection in the West Midlands is seeking a Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator to lead activities and volunteer programmes within Eastcote Park, a luxury retirement community.

This hands-on role requires organising events, producing monthly activity schedules, and engaging residents and staff. Full-time or 20-hour job-share options are available, with occasional evenings and weekend work. We offer paid breaks, uniforms, staff meals, Nest Pension and more.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct activities that encourage social, mental and physical stimulation for residents.
• Help organise fundraising events.
• Help organise special events such as Christmas entertainment and Royal occasions.
• Produce a monthly programme of events to discuss with the General Manager.
• Encourage participation by residents and team members in the activities programme.
• Maintain posters and notice boards within the home.
