The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator at Eastcote Park. The role involves coordinating activities for residents, with occasional evenings and weekend work. The position offers full-time hours or a 20-hour per week job share, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary is £13.39 per hour with additional company benefits. Eastcote Park provides residential, dementia and respite care, and a vibrant community for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Ability to organise activities for residents, including social, mental and physical stimulation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and colleagues.
• Basic IT literacy and comfort with systems used in care settings.
• Compassionate, caring nature with a patient approach.
• Outgoing and engaging personality to interact with residents and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct activities that encourage social, mental and physical stimulation for residents.
• Help organise fundraising events.
• Help organise special events (e.g., Christmas, Ascot, Royal occasions).
• Produce a monthly programme of events in consultation with the General Manager.
• Encourage residents and team members to participate in the activities programme.
• Maintain posters and notice boards within the home.
