Job summary

Longleat Enterprises Limited (trading as Longleat) is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member for a permanent, part-time role. The position involves serving guests at the Chameleon Tree or Watering Hole Café, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining clean, well-presented service areas.

You will work a 24-hour week with shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience desirable, not essential
• Enthusiasm, energy and passion for guest service
• Excellent communication, confident and friendly demeanor
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Honest, reliable and responsible with flexibility for extra hours/weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of guest service at all times
• Be knowledgeable about products and advise customers
• Operate tills in line with cash handling procedures
• Clear and clean tables and front-of-house areas
• Upsell and replenish display/fridges to drive sales
• Record end-of-day wastage to minimise loss
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness per company standards
• Handle service equipment and utensils correctly
