The Role

As our Software Developer / Vibe Coder, you'll build MVPs end‑to‑end—working closely with the Technical Lead, Product Manager, Technical PM, and Product Designer. We value experimentation and velocity, and we're keen on developers who actively use AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Kleiner, Lovable) to supercharge their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build top‑quality web and mobile MVPs.
• Use Firebase or Supabase for data management, authentication, and real‑time capabilities.
• Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Lovable, Kleiner) to boost speed and code quality.
• Participate in architectural planning, and technical sessions.
• Ensure deliverables are performant, secure, and accessible from the outset.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback and learnings.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6years' experience as a software/full‑stack developer in fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on with Supabase, Firebase, or similar cloud platforms.
• Comfortable and efficient using AI‑powered dev tools.
• Product‑oriented problem solver who thinks beyond the code.
• Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
• Built MVPs or early‑stage startup products before.
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines (e.g. Vercel, Azure, Netlify, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
