Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, effective negotiation abilities, and keen time management to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

1. Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Prepare and submit project costing, including P&L evaluations.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are aligned and efficiently executed.
4. Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocations.
5. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
6. Prepare and revise contractual agreements in conjunction with sales staff.
7. Represent the company in presentations and negotiations.
8. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and address concerns.
9. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
10. Source suppliers and negotiate purchasing, including issuance of purchase orders.
11. Utilize data analysis skills to assess project performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications

1. Proven leadership abilities with a successful project management track record.
2. Experience in the point-of-purchase industry and a strong engineering background is advantageous.
3. Ability to read and analyze blueprints, site plans, and drawings.
