INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION*Based in Langley/Surrey | Projects Across the Lower Mainland & Interior*Company:* BARTEK Construction Ltd.*Type:* Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Vehicle Allowance + BenefitsBartek Construction Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-growing construction company specializing in light industrial and commercial construction across the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan. We are currently looking for a high-performing, self-motivated Project Manager to join our leadership team and take ownership of projects from the ground up.*About the Role:*As Project Manager, you?ll report directly to the owner and be trusted with overseeing all phases of project delivery ? from pre-construction and planning to execution and close-out. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and leads with initiative, confidence, and accountability.*Key Responsibilities:** Lead the planning and execution of multiple industrial/commercial construction projects* Manage schedules, budgets, trades, and subcontractors* Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards* Communicate clearly with owners, consultants, and stakeholders* Proactively troubleshoot issues and offer on-the-fly solutions* Monitor project milestones and report on progress* Oversee project documentation, reporting, and close-out*You Are:** A self-starter who doesn?t need to be micromanaged* Confident, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities* Solutions-focused ? you step up when things get hectic* Someone who thrives in an environment where you?re empowered to lead* Professional and direct, with excellent communication skills*Qualifications:** 5+ years experience in commercial or industrial construction project management* Proven ability to manage multiple mid- to large-scale builds simultaneously* Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD)* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations* Strong leadership and time management skills* Valid BC driver?s license; willingness to travel between sites as needed*Why Join BARTEK Construction?** Supportive, hands-on leadership* Room for growth and autonomy* Work on *diverse, high-impact industrial builds** Be part of a company that values *accountability, trust, and real results*Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00-$140,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company events* Dental care* Extended health careSchedule:* Monday to FridayLanguage:* English (required)Work Location: In person
