Title: Project Manager

Job Details

The Roma Fence Group of Companies is seeking a Project Manager to assist the company's fence installation and construction team. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful and safe completion of high-quality fence installation projects. Projects are primarily located in the GTA and surrounding areas, so some travel is required.

• Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in scheduling projects in logical steps and budgeting time to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with project coordinator and installation manager throughout the project.
• Inspect and review projects to ensure compliance with building and safety codes, quality standards, and regulations.
• Monitor progress on-site with monthly and biweekly reports.
• Coordinate with clients as an intermediary between clients and our team.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and underground locates are obtained when required.
• Perform initial site inspections and routine visits to monitor construction progress and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Installation Manager and Sales Team.
• Maintain project logs and correspondence.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of site supervisor experience is preferred.
• Education in construction management or project management is an asset.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislations and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and plans.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include dental, extended health, life insurance, and vision care.
