Job summary

Black Kite Studios in London seeks an experienced Producer to deliver production excellence from pitch to delivery. You will manage client relationships, oversee schedules, and guide teams through the VFX pipeline to create outstanding work.

You bring a proven track record in advertising VFX production, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while shaping long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production in advertising VFX.
• Strong understanding of the VFX pipeline and delivery requirements.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Win and deliver high-end VFX projects.
• Collaborate with EPs/Head of Production to plan sales strategy.
• Develop long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Manage schedules and budgets efficiently.
• Lead pitch teams and oversee creative treatments.
• Communicate feedback clearly to the team.
• Ensure projects meet time, scope and cost constraints.
• Act as a brand ambassador at events and industry functions.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve extraordinary work.

THE PRODUCER ROLE AT BLACK KITE

As a Producer at Black Kite, you are responsible for delivering production excellence from pitch through to delivery. You have a good working knowledge of the industry and a broad range of existing client relationships. You are passionate about providing creative solutions to the most relevant content commissioners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Win and deliver exciting work
• Work with EP’s/Head of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clients
• Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
• Manage Ceta schedules efficiently
• Work with your team to pitch and bid on projects and execute high end creative treatments
• Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team
• Deliver projects on time and budget
• Client entertainment. Make your clients feel special.
• You are a brand ambassador for BLACK KITE - attend industry events and awards shows

• You have prior experience working in Production within Advertising VFX
• You have a solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and what it takes to deliver outstanding VFX work.

• You are solutions and detail orientated
• You have experience working with CETA or other industry standard software
